Flight canceled! >.<

Waited for over 1 week
Finally my name appeared in the schedule
Woke up damn early this morning
Because I need to report myself at 0700 (flight at 0800)
If I didn’t do so
I might get a D2 (grounded for 3 flights with a warning letter)
Yesterday Dixon and Jason got it
I don’t wanna be the 3rd one who gets it

Waited for Khalid at 0645
But then he came down at 0655
Speeded to school and arrived at 0710
Luckily the thumb print machine was spoilt
And we pretended that we arrived at 0700 xD
The weather this morning not bad
But it was just too misty

Captain Aung finally arrived at 0755
Quite punctual huh
5minutes before flight
Hahahaahahaha!
He then asked me to take the tech log and do the daily inspection first

After I did all the things
We climbed into the cockpit
He briefed me again for the climb and descend
Then it was my time to call for engine start up

Me: Johore Ground, this is Suria 08, good morning.

Silence…….

Again.
Me: Johore Ground, good morning, this is Suria 08.
ATC: Suria 08, Johore Ground, go ahead.

Me: Johore Ground, Suria 08, request start up, 2POB, endurance 0330 hours, 9M-BEE, request operate east of airfield, 1500feet and below.
ATC: Suria 08, east of airfield negative due to poor visibility, call again at 0100UTC, Johore Ground.

STUNNED!
Looked at Capt Aung
He asked me what the ATC said
I told him that: poor vis, cannot fly.
Call back again at……. 0100UTC right sir?
I think is 0900 local mean time sir?
He replied: No I think. Must be sure
Me: ok sir. We will be calling back them at 0900LMT
CA: well, we will leave the aircraft now. No flight for you I think. Because the seniors will have their Nav flight at 0900. So after 0900 you shouldn’t be flying.
Me: er… ok sir. (depressed!)

ARGH!
So sad!
Waited for so long time
But then canceled!
Woke up early some more
Can the weather be nice for the whole next week?
If not I don’t think we can earn our first solo by next month!
